:l 12 hours a day for 2 weeks is really quite a lot.. What in the world were you making? And 12 hours straight? You gotta take breaks or you'll either get bored or go crazy. I used to code like that.. sometimes 48 hrs straight until I realized I could memorize things permanently by just looking at it for a second.

After that, writing code was easier and quicker because I had to do less searching. But you shouldn't code for that long unless it's really really important. 8 hrs sleep, 4 hrs sunlight, 12 hrs code? Not too healthy man. IMO, it's not as sad as it is unhealthy.

Anyway.. Congratz on the accomplishment and completion of your script. What script was it? Perhaps, if you think it's amazing, apply for members with it.

Man I know the pain. When I tried to make my first script it was an entire week of derping around on the forums for guides, videos, answers and after all it still didn't work. Those days were pretty frustrating. But yea take breaks, you will be 2x more productive when you continue.

Not sad no, I just drive my self crazy if i code for that long. Usually on days i decide to sit down and work on scripting, i do like 2-4hr session of it. Then take a break. I spend like 3-6hrs a day making sales or other Type of work at the computer, the rest i spent on gaming/youtube vids or whatever i want :P Can't be all work and no play...I find i get more done if i take breaks and enjoy myself

Seems more like dedication to getting what you want do done!

If only I could focus on something for that long.. I try to take an hour or two a day on the weekends to learn scripting. If only I wasn't so busy during the week, I'd feel like I'm actually getting somewhere!
