    edit: after watching the script run for about 15 minutes, it did start killing giant spiders more often than it seemed. It just tends to go on a lvl 15 spider rant for like 5 minutes at a time or so.
    i think thats because the script grabs colours automatically, so the first minutes it'll be slower because its grabbing them, and then when it has a lot of succesfull colours it'll start running smoothly

    So should i delete all color files since update. It works flawlessly in a previous spot due to already having colors. But for spiders, fire giants, moss giants, and others it does not detect an NPC.

    Edit: the above worked. Now back to working on a looter. Awesome work on this btw bonsai.

    it should work fine. maybe they are a higher level from you. thats why an attack uptext isnt showing.

    Nope they are a few levels lower. Just the update was calling one of the color documents always vs creating a new one for new spots. Atleast thats what i assume since deleting all old ones solved my provlems.

    Thanks for the nice words and glad you got your issue sorted.

    The program will always use a color file if it finds one. So even if you pick autodetect, if it finds golblins and it has a goblin file, it will use it.

    Sounds like the game update may have tweaked colors enough to make your old file ineffective. Were those downloads from the google drive or files you colored up yourself?

    If people are seeing a lot of thrashing when it's finding the npc; I would suggest doing as you did. Move the old color file out of the way and let it try a new one.

    The star of david debugging should always show around the npc you are fighting (the one with the red targeting circle around it). If you can see the red combat circles but do not see the star debug on it, please report it with a screenshot.

    It kind of sounds like you're saying you had been fighting the spiders before, but it recolored them on this run. The output looks like a fresh coloring job.

    One way this can happen is if the uptext gets corrupted. You can look in your color folder, sometimes the npc name gets messed up and you have to fix it or delete.

    Colors are stores in SIMBADIR/includes/bonsai/colors

    I think this might be what i'm experiencing for the most part. It tends to work better after a cpl hours of play time.

    It was auto loading the true file i believe and never detected a NPC and would attack anything. These were generated based on my own spots/monsters. So i just deleted all old files, restarted and havent had an issue since. This script has gained me from 1/1/1 to 85/85/85 thus far. One quedtion i do have and cant seem to locate it is how would i increase the timer if monsters are spread. At times it'll attack one and think it missed and begin attacking another resulting in extra dmg. Pascal is new to me so starting to learn. Havent quite got the looting down, even close yet :P. No banking just looting nats, arrows, etc etc.

    I really wish they'd fix simba. It keeps logging my email/password in as a login ID. and leaves the password field blank. "Failing to login". Kind of annoying when your bot takes regular breaks. Mine shut off about 2 hours into my sleep.

    Its not simba. its the lag you experience.

    Me, too. I'm always getting borked on login. I need to look at that function and see how to slow it down a little.

    Someone posted a fix on another thread and I didn't grab it.

    How come my status report looks like this and Cyanempire's adds up his total xp and says the monster name instead of true. Mine seems to be a bit different lol. Also Sometimes i'll get the status report every 2-3 minutes.

    In regards to my password being entered after my login ID due to possible lag, that just doesn't make sense. At one point it entered my user name as "username*******@domain.com" (***=password). Why would lag cause my password to be entered in the middle of my login ID.

    You didn't delete the bad color file from the other day named "true". It also looks like you chose that as the npc to fight from the menu.

    Since it doesn't know how many xp a "true" is it can't do much

    I have it set for auto-detect. If I delete "true" will it mess up my xp per hour? It should make it better right?

    you just delete the "true" file color. it has no effect on xp per hour. it
    just fixes the progress report.

    Removed only the True color file and my bot stopped working. I had to remove all color files. Now, the only color file that has been created by the bot was, drum roll....."True" LOL.

    Sorry, missed this in the confusion. The form has "when to eat". if you set it to 80, you'll eat when you get under 80%

    8000 is 8 seconds. Increase as you like.

    For somereason my character won't search for another monster to fight, he'll sit in one spot and log out after 8 minutes without pressing the mini map like it used too. Any changes in the script that would cause this?

    There's an option on the form for whether or not to move around looking for things. Is it selected?

    More detailed reports would be helpful; there's not much to work with there. I don't even know which NPC you were fighting.

    A screenshot is great. If the script quits out it saves a snap in SIMBADIR/includes/srl-6/logs

    The script generally prints some information in the simba debug area. What was there?

    I have to admit, most of my testing has just been in places where there's an endless supply of things to whack. I rely upon the users for a lot of the unusual cases.
