I've yet to try out this game but what's the client written in? I wonder if APPA could handle the loading...

    Current projects:
[ AeroGuardians (GotR minigame), Motherlode Miner, Blast furnace ]

Written in Java, uses an <applet> to embed a .jar

As for the friends requests I'm getting, I'm yet to play the game, I'm learning to write LUA atm so my time is taken up. I might set some time aside soon to test out if SRL6 is any good with it and what's missing.

I find the Day/Night cycle a pain. One minute everything is clear as day then at night all the colours merge into one.

I made a beetle killer that kill about 20000 beetles last night. Where do you get a pickaxe to mine copper?

Pretty interesting game especially because it's written in Java. Does it use OpenGL or DirectX? Doesn't seem lime it does use either of them. Just played for 30 minutes or so. The movement really bothered me as it wouldn't rotate or zoom in when I wanted it to. Barely responds to the arrow keys or am I doing something wrong here..

you are doing something wrong. the game works really smooth for me.
and yes im running this game on a macbook pro retina 13 too, using parallels desktop (windows 7) + java 7.45
if you are running this game on just mac then that could be your problem, i have sometimes trouble like lagg with .jar files on mac.

Yeah the game seems decent enough. I hate how the minimap doesn't let you click all the time if its not on a road or something. No way it will get that big like runescape though like I said with Xbox and all that jazzzz

Got the newest Java 7 version and yeah just running it on OS X Mavericks with Firefox. Game performs pretty well, played it on my external monitor on 1280x720. While also running my rMBP screen and a few other programs.

It runs really smooth but just doesnt seem to register my mousekeys or scrolling at all times. Parallels seems really useful though. I haven't needed Windows so far but will definately need a different OS in the future. That's why I went with the 256GB edition :P Faster write speeds as well.
