Default How do I make an SPS map for RS3?

I was looking into SPS on Github. One commit seems to suggest that SPS is working for RS3, but another commit seems to suggest that existing maps no longer worked and were removed. (Note: I cannot post the links due to post-count restrictions. Just go on Github under the SRL organization's SPS repository and view the commit history.) If I wanted to use SPS in a script, how would I go about making a map in the appropriate format? Thanks in advance!

    Thank you!

Just to clarify, even though that is in the OSRS forum, it still applies to RS3?

The portions that actually make the map yes. Also from what Olly was saying the extra black space isn't required anymore. And it is actually easier now since you can just resize the MM and grab a large area in one go.

    Exactly.

You can literally expand the minimap in RS3 as large as it can go, take a screenshot and crop the map and you're good to go. If you need a larger area you'll have to piece them together, but most scripts won't need that much.
