When the Astrodome was built is was considered the eighth wonder of the world.
Today it sits unused and decaying.
The Harris County administrators have contacted Tellegen Consulting to come up with a
new use for the dome. Mrs. Tellegen turns the problem over to her class for analysis.
They evaluate the suggestion that the dome be used once a year for an extreme sports show.
The county tells us that the dome receives yearly maintenance and the cost of that seems to
be bell-shaped with an average cost of $50 million and a standard deviation of $7 million.
The year the roof collapsed was particularly bad with a repair of $110 million.
What yearly amount should they budget to cover all but the most expensive 5% of repairs?

I used this function: =NORMINV(0.95,50000000,7000000) , does that sound about right?
