Default War thunder's vfsrom resource extractor

Hey guys. Today I've decided to train my brain. And I've reversed the War Thunder's vfsrom file format. The file format is not complicated, but I did it the first time. I present to you the tool for file extracting from *.vromfs.bin of the War Thunder game. Source (Delphi) also included.
