I've found if you keep yourself busy, you don't get hungry nearly as easily.
I had gone through 6 or 7 programs, didn't really see results until I started doing cardio first thing in the morning for 45 mins to an hour

At certain time in the morning our body secretes more mellatonin and other tryptamines - most of the population sleep during this time - so the body is naturally using less energy and the conversion to energy is more effective.
I suggest staying wake longer with out eating during this critical times.. I have managed to gain weight by making sure i have food at this specific time.. nothing else has changed
