    You're correct in that a third include won't help anyone, but it will be a big advantage to the community to make SRL-OSR in the same style as SRL-6.

    Why? because if it had the same interface types (where appropriate) and the same function names, just about all scripts (and snippets) would be compatible across both versions of the game. All scripting tutorials will be relevant for both versions of the game. People don't have to go and learn 2 different includes if they want to write an RS3 script and an OSR script. Everything will be simplified, and much easier to keep updated. Instead of having separate groups of people working on each include, everyone can develop both includes because they are the same.
