    Default annoying problem with 'issues'

There's a little annoying problem with starting or replying to an issue. When I start an issue, the following can be seen on my profile:

'Spaceblow started an issue' is perfectly normal. But why does it also say 'Spaceblow replied to an issue' why I only started it?

And when I reply to the issue, it shows it twice.

I don't want to sound like a little girl but it somehow bugs me a little bit.

    Hi Spaceblow.

Unfortunately it looks like it's a plugin issue and there is nothing we can currently do unless the developers of the plugin release a fix for this.

    Cheers

I hope the developers know about this problem so it could be fixed as fast as possible, thanks for the clarification.
