if you think about it, the rate at which OSRS releases new updates likely outstrips genesis' development rate

meaning if/when released, there will be yet more lag time as scripts are created and perfected

Even in 2021 RID is still a very basic power skiller, it isn't stable and won't run longer than 10 minutes in my experience.

While there are a few types of tasks that will be receiving stability updates soon, there’s been a fair number of users reaching veteran or hero rank, which require 1k and 3k hours botted respectively, and I recently spoke to a user who finished maxing his account in OSRS with Genesis after ~10 99s and often pushing 18 hour days.

So, while yes, there are some types of tasks that could use some stability improvements, the large percentage of users who come asking for help in the Discord server are having issues because they aren’t setting things up correctly. For those running into legitimate problems, they are strongly encouraged to submit bug reports.
