I went ahead and took a look at this method, creating a script for this would take some time. With OGL it'd probably be easy, and looking at the XP rates it doesn't seem to be worth the time. Bonfires seem to be the way to go.

It is worth the time though, it's very good exp for being free, also with 99 FM comes 99 WC.
It should be pretty easy since you only have to run to a fire pit and light it and go chop some more.

    Please Twinki babe <3

The problem I see is finding the vines, they're very similar to the environment around them.

Yeah the exception is that they have red pearls, now you could try and fibble with graphical settings to enlighten the roots more and the environement a bit less.

what, aerolib and reflection have nothing to do with rs3...

I do agree though that you should probably just do bonfires anyway, Ashaman's bonfire script is ultra legit and fm is cheap enough anyway. Don't know whether it would be worth the effort and changing graphics settings does unpredictable things (something as simple as not having slim headers totally wrecks everything even though I have no idea what they are/how they are different for example).

I actually tried making this when I was new to SRL (Dec 2011 or so). It's *almost* impossible, since the vines you want to chop are curly, and the regular ones often interfere with detection. But if you guys can somehow differentiate what's what, then the rest of the script is a cakewalk.

Are the curly ones the same length? I presume different widths (at the base)... so, would just have to find the vine's lowest point and test to see the width? I haven't been in the lair for a while; should be fun!
