Just a quick question... Why under RS3 public scripts does it say never under dungeoneering/slayer? Are these scripts impossible or too extensive to create? Just curious as to why.

Well, slayer scripts have been made before and a dungeoneering script is been made atm.

<BenLand100> we're just in the transitional phase where society reclassifies guns as Badâ„¢ before everyone gets laser pistols
It's not so much the script itself, but the maintenance of a script written in colour that is the killer. A slayer script would have well over 50 different colours that would all need to work for the script to run smoothly. This is compared to 2-3 colours for your normal miner/banker type scripts (1 colour for rock, 1 for bank, etc.).
@Kevin; wrote kuradal slayer script in 100% colour in ~2013 just before RS3 was released (RS3 release broke it). He also wrote a slayer tower script. @Ross; wrote a Mazchna slayer script in 100% colour (in junior mems) but it's a mission to maintain. @DemiseScythe; wrote a fully working Kuradal slayer in 2013 but it was 100% OpenGL. It got a few members to 99 slay iirc.
Closest thing to a slayer script is bonsais wonderful fighter
It's truely a bliss <3
Such scripts are almost always private if color, and minimal afkable (dungeering that is, I've seen good slaying ones)
will see more with openGL getting easier to use and having docs soon
