Default messed my whole computer up [HELP]

hello, so I was messing around yesterday getting elypestcontrol script running and after running the script it asked me what I wanted to open something with and I clicked simba just not thinking about it and I guess it selected that for to run ALL my files as simba exenstion.

so at this point everything on my computer switched to a simba file and i paniced and removed simba... so now im left with everything being a blank page searching what to be opened with.

i have been able to access a few things like steam and I.E by finding the root exe and opening the application with it

if anyone knows how i can get everything running smoothly that would be awesome to know!

    *note*

i have tried to system restore but it asks what i want to open it with and i search for the file needed and it is not found...

He's the hero OP deserves, but not the one he needs right now.

OP, if you want to prevent this in the future, install gentoo.

Old, and everyone's already seen it, but this seems relevant.

Truth, and this is the sole reason why I keep a Windows machine around.

Of course it's currently inoperable (figures the ONLY machine I keep Windows on dies) but that's beside the point
