Actually thats making a dictionary. This is rainbow tables, which is sorta backwards, you make combinations, like bruteforcing, except you do it first, and make the hash first, then all you do later is look through the table and compare. Imagine you had a math test coming up, on multiplication. Instead of learning how to multiply, you just took a calculator, and wrote down the questions and answers for 1x1, 1x2, etc etc, and then at the test, you see a question, and find it on the list you made earlier and see the answer next to it. It's like doing the work now so you don't do as much later.

    Kk, it's done.

I'll megaupload it. Just a sec.

    http://www25.megaupload.com/files/45..._oxid%23015.rt

In the future, would it hurt the contents of the file to WinRAR it and upload it here?

I'll try to do 70-75. My computer has really been sucking lately (I think I have to defrag or something), so I dunno how long it will take.

Boreas, is this by the same guy who made cain and abel?

I posted four hours ago but apparently it didn't work. Anyways, I'm working on 71-92 right now.

My computer is pretty new so its doing about one rainbow table per half hour.

    Edit:
    Unclaimed Tables
    70-93

This should be 71-92 (Now should be nothing because me and Jason claimed em all)because of

    Finished Tables
    93 PwNZoRNooB

    and

    Claimed Tables
    31-70 wired16?

Edit2: Scratch that, I'll compromise with Jason.

    @Jason

Sure, I'll do 82-92 and you can get the others. =]

I'm attempting 71-92, the rest of the unclaimed tables that I saw. I don't need these extra tables you packed in the Winrtgen folder, do I?

Edit: Oops! Didn't see someone else was already doing it.

    @ Saturn

How do you wanna split it? I do 70-81, you do 82-92?

What are the bad things that could happen if you left your computer to hang at 100% cpu for an hour?

The CIA will think you've been recruited by hippie-terrorists and that you are trying diverting all you're computer's resources to create a massive electro-magnetic pulse in an attempt to knock out all the evil carbon-emitting and electrical utilities in the United States. Thereby reducing human effects on global warming and returning us to the Ice Age.

In about 7 seconds Jack Bauer will knock down your door.

Jason thanks. Rar/zip/etc shouldn't hurt it. I just need the filename to be correct. No you don't need the extras.

omgh4x0rz winrtgen is a gui for creating tables made by oxid, the same as cain and abel. original command line is here

    Thanks Sp0rk-eh.

RS Monkey does it still go to 100% when you set priority lower? You shouldn't have a problem if ventilated well.

I'm confused about what's claimed, so I'll just update the done list to what has been uploaded.

Yea I got dual core a couple weeks ago. Before that I couldn't VM auto + more than 3 firefox tabs, now its smooth.

hugo and monkey try lowering the priority if you are having problems.
