Default Otter's low level money making guide

What's going on SRL, so this guide is going to be really simple but good for some low level fast cash. So DONT hate because this isn't for the people that established a better method already.

So here's what we're doing. We'll be buying cowhides, tanning them to leather, and selling the leather back.

To start I'd recommend 50k. And I'll show you the calculations down below.

For 1 cowhide is currently 220gp (no duh this will change)
For 1 leather is currently 348gp (once again this WILL change)
For tanning the cowhides will be 3gp per hide (THIS DOESNT CHANGE UNLESS YOU TAN DRAGON HIDES)

    here's the profit calculation
220x27+81=6,021gp (this is how much it is per inventory plus tanning costs)
348x27 =9,396gp (this is how much you make per inventory of leather)
    =3,375gp PROFIT!!!!!

I'm sure there's way better methods but starting out this will help you out very much. I hope this guide was helpful and please don't hesitate to ask questions

Nice work sharing the knowledge, though I already know this method myself I'm sure plenty don't.

I wonder how the profit would be affected if you farmed your own cowhide. That'd take longer to process, but would also cut out the middleman and provide pure profit once you paid off your combat gear and tanning costs.

I didn't think it was even possible to bot cows with Simba?

I don't think his reference to farming was your interpretation, he is just saying if you camped cows for the hides I believe.

You can theoretically do anything in RS that a human could conceivably do with Simba

Oh, mb, didn't know. I thought there was an issue with the cowhide/fences being the same colour as the cow though?

That can be worked around, as long as cows and fences aren't hard to distinguish by eye there should be a way to distinguish them in SIMBA. If you look at the scripting tutorials you'll find quite a few ways to distinguish between the two, even if they're the same color (using DTMs or filtering ATPAs are two ways I can think of off the top of my head).

Anything is possible with Simba, really. If a certain script doesn't exist now, it has in the past. Everything's been done at least once, and can be done again.

Dungeoneering has been done once, to my knowledge.
