Default Question on Java for smart

Ok so basically I just got a new computer and installed windows 64 bit
I reinstalled simba and everything needed, installed java 7 64 bit but when I tried to run a script smart wouldn't spawn because the default path is for 32 bit, so I installed java 32 bit and it's fine for now but I'd like to know if smart is compatible with 64 bit java and if so how do I change the path for it to load to java 64 bit?

SMART was compiled under a 32-bit JVM, so yes, it needs 32-bit Java to run.
