Default WTF! Someone Help! Cant use OPENGL!!!!

I have reinstalled rs3 and simba twice and followed every guide and simba wont open up in anything else except safe mode. I can open up normal RS in OpenGL mode and using Runemate I can open RS in OpenGL

but whenever I start simba. I start up ashamnbonfire. do the player manager thing and RS comes up. I click settings, fixed. and go to click Opengl but a box comes up saying Runescape cant run in these settings. But it can. Just not using Simba. Anyone else had this problem???

Please list the versions of Java you have installed on your computer.

Also, please provide the output of running the following command in the command-line interface of your choosing: echo %PATH%

Not needed. Here's what I want you to do:

    1. Uninstall all versions of Java on your computer
    2. Reboot
    3. Install a 32-bit version of either Java 7 or Java 8
    4. Reboot
    5. Attempt to spawn SMART again

The reboots in between are important, make sure to perform them.

Load RS up in a browser, and switch to OpenGL. Then, spawn SMART. You'll either already be in OpenGL mode, or you'll be able to switch over.

You could try holding 's' while booting up.

Definitely clear the cache and use a complete uninstaller like revo. It can make a world of difference
