    Default Client keeps calling focus!

I don't know why, but my client keeps calling focus.
I have the client running in the background, and it would just pop up to the front again.
I'm not exactly sure of the cause. If anyone can help me, then I would greatly appreciate it.

Unfortunately, this has been a common problem, stealing focus, the best thing you can do is just keep clicking away from the client and eventually it will just run in the background, then eventually when an action is called within Smart, it will just flash in your taskbar.

Don't minimize the client, just click away from it.

Thanks, although it is unfortunate that i can't get rid of the issues, but I'll live with the alternate solution.

It has to do with the way SMART fakes mouse and key events. Windows interprets them as actual human interface, and brings the corresponding window (SMART) to the front.
The "keep-minimizing-it-until-it-stays-in-the-background" tricks works for some people, but not all.

Aside from that, there's not much you can do.

The way I solve this issue is that I spam click on another window for around 1-2 minutes while SMART keeps trying to take focus.

I've also had success with resizing a another window (eg, Google Chrome, Skype) (horizontally) while SMART attempts to grab focus

Another method is to open the Windows start menu and wait until the SMART client flashes yellow in the taskbar, which shouldn't take long.
