Default SRL and Plugins aren't updating correctly - error logs included

*The issue was resolved, thanks for the replies...

Hi all, SRL and Plugins aren't updating correctly and I've uninstalled/reinstalled a couple times. Restarted the program, and SRL and plugins won't update via the simba client. Is there maybe a way to fix that or even manually install the updates? Btw I've only just installed it I haven't set up SRL-OSR or ran any scripts yet(I'm on one of the first few steps on Turpinator's guide).

It would be my guess that since you are getting an access violation, you are trying to either read or write a file that is not specified, or to which you do not have access.

    Some easy things to check:

-Are you running simba as administrator?

-Are you on a shared network or running any sort of security software that would interfere with this operation?

-Do the paths listed in simba actually match where you have it installed? (Tools-->Settings-->Advanced)

What step, specifically, are you getting stuck/erroring/crashing on?

The step where you go to the SRL/SPS/Plugins drop down menus and click "check for update". That's when simba crashes and and gives me the error log. Thanks for the reply.

Care to elaborate on how it was solved? Someone else may have the same issue at some point in the future and its always nice to have a reference.

Ran it as an administrator as flakazoid suggested after uninstalling and reinstalling it for a third time.
