I am ashamed to say that i fell for this scam, as some simple reading would have saved me a ton of hassle.
But, lesson learned, and account recovered (as of last week). Will now learn to read before transferring accounts.
I have left his phone number in there so that if anyone wishes to call him to flame on him (or congratulate him on a good scam for all I care), please feel free to do so.

Id highly suggest you take the phone number off, IIRC it's illegal to post someones number like that without them acknowledging it.

That seems unlikely. I doubt the scammer is going to be calling the police in any case.

I also think it's illegal to steal money from someone. I'm not sure though.

I'm just pulling this out of my ass, but I'm pretty sure nobody will help you resolve a virtual sale ( especially if its agaisnt ToS ( I don't even know what PSN is to be honest, im guessing play station something ) )
but it could be illegal if someone were to post personal information with intentions to cause harm..

again this is all coming from my rear end, so if any legal expert can enlighten myself as well as everyone that'd be great

Yup it's Play Station Network, and I'd really like to see him try to sue me as the place I am currently living in has little to no law/regulation regarding online interaction (except for death threats, blackmail and such).
