    Well, it doesn't, but he's right. Hosting24 does run 000webhost.

    There is no denial in that chat, so it does hint towards it, but doesn't prove shit, indeed.
    Anyways, if in doubt go to 000Webhost.com, scroll to the bottom, there is a small text with a link that takes you to 24hosting.com - the text say "2007-2015 (c) Copyright 'First class Web Hosting'."
    tl;dr 000Webhost.com is a subsidiary of the firm Hostinger.

    Yes, because they offer free service, so more chances of being hacked easily, I recommend you to use paid hostings instead of free or cheap ones.
