I've tested HTC Vive/Steam VR set on a conference last month. I was blown away by the experience and quality. I have tested the occulus at dreamhack back in 2013 and it was meh meh. This one had pristine quality, everything was so close to reality. I think in three years, many gamers will have a treadmill and a VR set. In the demo, I got on a underwater tour, painted in 3d and got to play a zombie survival shooter. More games will be created and -- the biggest market for VR -- will be VR in assisting people having issues with e.g. heights or simply want to learn something. A robot has infinite patience so this will be perfect for them.
