    Default Protecting Simba Scripts

    Hi There,

I just wondered if it is possible to generate a 'package' as such so that the simba script can be protected. Sometimes, I could spend a while coding a script which I would like to share but I don't want people stealing the code for example.

Just an idea/not sure if it is already implemented.

    Regards,
    DemonShadow

Obfuscation is the only option, though I doubt it would be accepted here. Villavu is an open-source centered community.

It's better to keep it open source so we can all learn from them

I just recently found this. It's about Bash scripts but it still applies.
The jealous temper of mankind, ever more disposed to censure than
to praise the work of others, has constantly made the pursuit of new
methods and systems no less perilous than the search after unknown
    lands and seas.
