I don't believe in ghosts either, I don't think that souls or whatever keep wondering around to reek havoc/revenge. That's just pure Hollywood...

i believe God exists, how else can the world have come to? and dont even bother about th big bang it has been proved wrong too many times. the man who thought up with the theory (charles darwin) was angry at God at the time, he left his religion and wanted a new theory on how the world may have begun

HAHAHAHAHA. You win Retard of the Year. I mean, HOLY SHIT, you didn't even bother to research, did you? Big Bang? Darwin? Religion? Lemme set some things straight for you, little boy.

The Big Bang, was not thought up by one man, but was proposed by Georges LemaƮtre, with research from Kepler, Newton, Einstein, and other less notables. Next, the Big Bang has nothing to do with evolution, the theory that Darwin brought up. Last, Darwin did not initially attempt to prove human evolution from monkeys, but his research was started by finches. Why didn't he? Because he knew he would be attacked, and furthermore, was not an atheist, but was an agnostic.

In response to your question, that's like saying, "How do things come to be if I never saw them happen?" A totally ridiculous, irresponsible question.

Gah, it was in play, and I really don't see anything in the rules about being polite.

But if you wish, you're not Retard of the Year. Just do your GODdamned research next time.

^^^ Ah wow. . .That really made me laugh. Screw this, I think I might take up Buddism or Hinduism. . .We learned about them in Ancient Civ, and I found them much more appealing.

My parents would probably disown me if I told them I didn't believe in God though. Can't wait 'till I'm 18 though. They'll be in for a shock.

Ehh, Buddhism and Hinduism both have their corruptions and misleadings. If you need to believe in something, believe in yourself. Outside sources of belief fall very quickly, and if not, tend to be inefficient at best.

Interesting thing about that was that Lemaitre was Catholic.

And BTW Buddhism, believe it or not, has very few corruptions acquainted with it. Any corruptions that exist derive from its followers who give in to temptation. If was to turn religious I would pick Buddhism, and BTW Buddhism is not really a religion, its a cult kinda thing that preaches about your soul and body.

Eh, Buddhism isn't really corrupt from what I've learned about it. I just think it's more believable than the traditional Christian Religions. Plus a bit less of an annoyance.

You mean like Scientology, it's the most immediate proof of a religion with strange events going on. Instead of burning bushes or reincarnations, its crazed hollywood actors jumping on talk show mogul's couches.

No...I mean creating a religion that you believe 100% yourself but don't share with tons of other people. ie. someone I know believes that when you die, you become the ruler of an alternate universe (a god)...

Certainly a different perspective. Not sure I'd go with that one though. . .

First, yes, Buddhism doesn't have too many corruptions acquainted with it, but where there's money, there's corruption, and in this world, it's impossible to live without money. Whether you like it or not.

The traditional Christian religions have been teaching plague, massacre, and revenge for thousands of years. Annoyance is a bit of an understatement, don't you think?

Well, it was created by a science fiction writer on a bet that he could create a religion that people would follow. He won.

Let me try to make your post a bit more coherent.

Q:What you're trying to say is that scientists look to the Bible, and these same people made up science to fill the holes that religion couldn't fill?
A: Some people say yes to that, others no. That is a matter of opinion. Belief isn't related to science, nor is it the polar opposite.

Q:Furthermore, are you stating that we "came to earth as tiny molecules"?
A: The EARTH is made up of molecules, fool. All living things are made of carbon molecules. The Earth has an enormous variety of different combinations of atoms to create molecules. Nobody has tried to affirm what you have accused us of. You are plainly wrong.

Q:Next, are you trying to accuse us of "we don't believe what we don't see"?
A: If so, then your argument falls on its face again. Your proponents, "air and gravity", can both be observed in different stages. I can see air when it forms bubbles in my water. I can feel gravity when I trip and land on my face. But when has your so-called God affected me? My mother has given me birth, I have made my mistakes, and other people have helped or hurt me. Others have created this world what it is, not some unknown mystical being.

I would go on, but I need to sleep now.

As I said before, faith does not apply to discussion or debates. The pro god (especially) 'arguments' are becoming more and more poorly thought out, the spelling and swearing is getting worse, and they don't even have real reasons. Make it into a proper discussion or debate right now or I move it to BBQ pit.

Lol Prince. . .I totally agree with Here on that one, and people won't take you seriously if you can't spell correctly and just curse at people instead of trying to make a valid arguement. I honestly can't really tell what you're trying to prove, your grammer is so incorrect.

The molecule thing that Here talked about is most definetely true.

You're saying that the Bible is your proof, though you don't say what it's proof of, and how do you know the Bible is true?

So you're just saying that the whole world is corrupt, so every religion is too? It is impossible to live with no money at all, but I don't think money corrupts everyone that comes into it. That'd be like saying every teenager who works a summer job is corrupted because they have a little bit of pocket money now. . .
