I have always wanted to learn how to script; actually I have always really want to just learn another language. However, I have never really had the time to put a chunk of consistent time into learning.
I have tried reading tuts but too often am I sidetracked by something else and then I need to go through what I have already done as I haven't gotten a real grasp of how things work, this makes the process of learning really slow and thus totally owning my morale.
So I am posing a question here, is it possible for me to learn how to script in 'small bits' i.e. previously I have tried learning, however I have always had to stop before I could do anything significant with what I have learnt, which makes it really hard to come back to it in a month or so
To those who have learnt/are learning how to script, are there are ways of which I can learn how to script with several large-ish gaps between them?
Cheers.
