Default Writing text on a Canvas? If not, help on loading Bitmaps?

Are there any functions to write on a canvas? I guess I could just make my own with the RS text already in SRL... but that would require work

If not that, is there a function to load a specific text in the scar/fonts?

    And, if not that...

I've never really had any experience with loading bitmaps from files, as you can probably tell - could somebody tell me the function for Loading a Bitmap that isn't in the same folder the script is in? Or can LoadBitmap work as well? I guess I could just copy the letter bitmaps from the fonts folder into the script folder... eh.

And, I hope I'm not breaking any rules, but this would help me with the SRL Scripting Competition (I don't think I'm breaking any if I'm told a function). No sabo plz.
I dunno, those asians are pretty difficult to out-auto, legend has it they don't need sleep or food...~tim0suprem0

    Woohoo, thanks.

Nevermind, those were parameters for something else. Oh well, I'll just experiment with dif parameters. Anybody know 'em (or could tell me?). Search on srl-forums just turned up this topic.

getting an unknown identifer - sorry for noobiness - what are the parameters/do they work? Oh well, I'll just get the RS numbers from the font folder and load 'em in and write a function. That should be easier.
