Im not sure if I posted this before, but I don't see the post. Sorry if it is a repost. But, everytime I let runescape load, it laggs like crap. It's not my internet connection. I've tried rebotting. Can you please help me?

Tried using Firefox or another browser? I heard that using Unsigned applet lags, but it's the safest.

    Give us more info:
i.e. which browser? (compare both IE and FF)
Do you used signed (i.e. Sun) or unsigned? (signed is always faster)

In the meantime I suggest you go:
-to your task manager (press CTRL ALT DEL once)
    -go the the processes tab.
-scroll down on the browser process you are running RS in (i.e. firefox.exe or iexplore)
    -right click it
    -set priority to high
(note try to minimise the amount of other applications you are running if your comp doesn't have that much ram i.e. close a chat program, or any excess system)

other than that i don't know, possibly your firewall :P ? (note if it is and you are prepared to run RS without a firewall at least keep an antivirus program running (not Norton, cause thats a ram hog))

Wait, how would rebooting (I'm supposing you mean rebooting the computer) tell you that it isn't your internet connection...? Did it work without lagging before? If it did it could have been something you downloaded recently. I would also do a virus scan, just in case there is a keylogger or something that is making you computer go slower.
