    Default Radial Walking on Grass

Is there an already-built function that I can use for walking on the grass south of Falador? I don't want to go out and make something if theres something better already-built that I could use..

no, grass would be too hard because it would find the color mostly everywhere.

I was worried that I would hear that...OK, I think I might have to either find a certain angle, or use pure coordinates...

I'm trying to reach the air altar. I don't really want to use stuff from Markus's script.

Nope, they want to 'hide' altars for some gay reason.
I'd do dtms but radial walking is rather...vague...
I might be able to use some tree over there to reach it?

you can walk with the trees indeed.

you can also try to make a DDTM from those stones. (there to stones inside the cirkel). and then let it click on the altar on the MM.

I would walk down the normal road twice, so we are pretty much opposite the altar then use a tree colour to walk near it. Or, walk down fally road to the tree symbol, and use tree colours to walk down to it

you could use the road to get near it

    like this
    RadialroadWalk(roadColor, 270, 80, 10, -30, 0)
    ....

yes, roadwalking until close to altar then use a tree or rock DDTM to reach it.

What do you mean, walk down the normal road twice?

    @Dushii RadialroadWalk(roadColor, 270, 80, 10, -30, 0)
Yeah, that would work, but the colors change in RS, so it might go somewhere weird.

I finally did find a solution to trading people =) With any luck this is going to be out today.

Walk down the road and find the rare tree sign and click, then search for ruines..

or use the rocks on the image too

=/ I'm not sure if I would use the rare tree sign, I'm sure it would get the job done if I changed the y axis, but it would make the script's accuracy go down.

Is there an angle where ALL tree signs are unique?
Such as just a regular tree with a pixel sticking out on the minimap?

    Just use a DDTM
Sorry no, there is not such a tree pixel that sticks out.
What I did was making a DDTM of a few trees around the midpoint, and then just look for that DDTM.
I made a new script, check it out!.

    Ahahahahhahaaaa!!

    Roflmaoz000rg!

Scripters are to defeat the "too hard"

How do you suppose my script walks in al-kharid?

    ShittySandWalk FTW!

In areas that have mostly some "same" looking color, like desert or big grass areas, different styles of radial walking for examples ShittySandWalk beat the DDTMs.

    Radials are the answer

yea your night n3s but i don't think he was looking to really do that for such short a walk. And i got from al-kharid to bank to the mine with a modified radialwalk. (it used the little brown shrubs on the mm).

No, he has me curious. Is there a tutorial that goes over how to create functions? Actually, I think I'm going to check advanced or something..(prays to god that it isn't in the beginner section).

yes you can use radialwalk or ddtms. i would say radial walk with that one pixel in the tree that is constant or make a ddtm of the trees from the constant pixel. if you need clarification of the "pixel" look at fawk's cow fighter 1st page and it should show you a picture of it.

n3: you can also use the cactus' to walk in the desert. their colour is constant. its how i walk with my smelter. (shorter distance i know)
