    Default opening scripts :|

    well i recently unistalled scar 3.11 as i thought i didnt need it when i had scar 3.11 i could just click on a script and open it, now i have to open scar 3.12 and then load up the script any help on how to get the old way back

    right click open with choose scar newest version and then click on that box with open always with this program

    Open it through scar 3.11... In other and longer terms open Scar 3.11 and press the folder with the green arrow... Follow the file pat to where the script is and open... Or copy past it from 3.12 to 3.11.

    Man not another person saying about my typeing. Meh i tried that but still dont work when i click the scrpit it just opens a blank scar.

    Tools -> Associate .scar files.

    Seems that windows is using the default settings to open scar files with scar. Doesn't work right.

    Try this:
    Right click on any script and go to properties. It should say something like 'Type of File:' and 'Opens with:' then click change and select the scar.exe.

    or you could try what hermpie said before, as when you open up a script and select what program to run it with, there is a checkbox that says something like 'always use the selected program to run this type of file'. Check that and it ok, and it should work.

    yeh i do that but when i double click it it just opens scar and not the script >.<
