I know that this is somewhat of a noob question, but is my runescape army in danger if I make every one of my autoing characters have the same password?

not really
I used to hate the macroers behind the Varrock Castle. They were able to do something I doubt I'll ever acheive: Perfect Macroing. Now in retrospect I look back and realize something: I should be idoling them.

It Depends If You Keep The Charaters In Close Contact With Eachother... If Someone Finds Out One Characters Password And You Have An Army In Your Friends List With Mostly The Same Name, Their Gona Try It On Those Aswell. I Recommend Changing "One" Charater In Each Users Password.b
Yeah, sorry, i have a habbit of doing that. Hmmm... its just a matter of risk taking.
I personally dont think your army would be in trouble because if they have a kinda different name no one would think to try out on all of your army (cause they dont know what bots are in your army!).
I use diff passes for mules/main![]()

no it dont give any risks with the same pass.
but what most others recommend is ,have different name's and passwords from ur lvl 3-ers and ur mains:P
my auto charachters also have a totally different name ,or doesn't that help?
i keep all mine the same
Jagex haven't come to the point of banning using same password so it would be safe for while but getting different password with your main and banker would be wise otherwise who knows one day jagex will check on the password banning? but it will consider as stealing in terms of law enforcement of privacy.
Jagex doesn't know what your password(s) is/are though? They have a (secure) connection (kind of).
