i'd hate to break it to you but that doesn't work, if you look at your login screen on runescape is still recognizes you from your original address

i hate to break it to you, but vms are very cpu intensive. I run two on my crappy comp, with barely enough resources left to run scar on the host. If you have a good graphics card i would say 5 VMs is a reasonable expectation.

I just want to reiterate that Vista + VM = Slow
On my dual core 1.66ghz & 1 GB ram Vista laptop It practically dies running a vm which is why I now have xp pro and 1.5gb ram

what vm you using I have VMware the newest version running windows xp in them. my main pc has 4 gb ram, an amd 64 x2 5600+ dual core processor with (2) 8800 GTX's in sli mode, benchmarked at 14,344 with 3dmark06, im running vista and i lag using 2 virtual machines in runescape, so how are you guys getting 10-12 on slower machines? do i need to run windows 98 instead or me? i was using 320 mb for each machine. vmware in my processes was using 1.8 gb ram and 56% cpu power.
