    It's a great spot to train at, I used to train there and got from 92 to 96.

    This is great training for 40+ Def. I got 99 att, str, def here.

    For members only:
    Another way to get good exp, which if you're a high level you probably know is to get a god cape and go to the bandit camp in the desert. With your god cape on they will attack you no matter how many of them you have killed. I would suggest a high level and it makes it really easy if you have guthans. I like to just chill in one of the houses with the door open and just pwn the little bandits.

    i guess it really depends on ur status atm. for example, members would obviously rather train at bandits because for higher levels its better exp, and for different combat styles like ranged and magic, chins at ape atoll vs skeletal monkeys or alcing would be multiple times better than this method.

    it is a good guide for nonmembers mellee xp though, gj

    Good spot for F2Ps. Members can find better spots though.

    Yea it is a good spot i got 60-76 str there but now i do bandits in mems
