Firefox crashes on any page with Java

Went to my firefox today and tried to load RS. Got to the world select screen and clicked my world and as soon as the next page loaded it crashed. So I tried again. Crashed again.

Next I go to Java to test my Java to see if it is working. When I go to the Verify I have Java link it also crashes. I am guessing it is crashing on Javascript.

Tried re-installing Java.
Tried re-installing Firefox.
Googled it. No luck.
Java loads just fine in my VM.
Haven't done any changes to Firefox that may cause it.

Any help?

Reformat is all I can say- my Java used to do this, reformatted about a week ago, running very nicely now ^_^

I would really like to not reformat. I cannot back much info on this system up until I pickup a new DVD burner. (over 120 gigs to back up.... No spare hdd)

Seperate out what you don't 'need' and back the rest up on a DVD/Flash drive.

And iSpy ftw

Could there be any addons conflicting with it? Try disabling them all and see what happens. If it works, just find the one that's causing the problem.
