    Default RS crashes with Vista

    Hello.

Each time when I'll start loading RS with my computer (OS Vista) then it crashes. I have 32bit Vista. I have tried turn off Firewall, reinstall Java. I have used Firefox, IE7 and Rs official client. Nothing helps. Can someone help me?

It shouldn't be crashing. RS does't crash with me and I have the same version of Vista. =| Check browser options.

I suggest uninstalling Java and ONLY install Java JDE, not JDK.

And yeah... XP > Vista until further notice

I have Vista on my laptop and Internet Explorer has NEVER worked. Even straight out of the box it crashed on me. There is no way to repair it that I know if. I use Firefox anyway, but it could just be some Vista weirdness with Firefox on your computer. You can always try using IE, or the downloadable client from the RS website, or SCSS inside SCAR. Or even Safari. Try some different browsers and clients.

Wow. People have so many problems with vista -.-

I have it and I find it fine except for it being a ram hog... I've never gotten errors of any sort because of vista, and all programs that I have run fine.

The jealous temper of mankind, ever more disposed to censure than
to praise the work of others, has constantly made the pursuit of new
methods and systems no less perilous than the search after unknown
    lands and seas.
