I see on other forums and on this one things called pins. If they are obvious please tell me and sorry I am a noob to the black market

When you buy a membership jagex gives you a pin number, ex: 12345678 ( 8 digits long ), you enter this in runescape.com and you are a member. These are avaible on many websites for around 800k-2m.
