Change color?

On all of the threads i use and it tells me to use 32 bit-true color. I was wondering how do u change it to this? On my old cp, on the moniter it has a menu thing and at the color place in it, it doesn't say 32 bit true color only a bunch of numbers. Does anyone know where i can find this?

Right click on your desktop > Properties > Settings tab > It's in a dropdown menu.
