Default how to CONTROL your RANDOM EVENTS

Hello, i was training and i found this weird way of always getting random events, after i do a sequence of things... I will show you how to do this and you could get random events when you want too, doesn't take to long, ;-)

    Step 1

Make sure you are able to kill zombies and a plenty amount of them.

    Step 2

Enter the Stronghold of Security. Make you're way to the second level.
(Just go through portals 2 times)

    Step 3

In the 2nd Stage there are 2 rooms of flesh crawlers (top hit is 1), and Zombies, (top hit around 7).

    Step 4

Stand there and let them attack you, after about 15 minutes you will notice that the aggressiveness of the monsters will be gone...

    Step 5

This is were we start the process to getting the random event,
once the monster's have stopped attacking you, you will have to
Attack and kill 12 zombies, MAKE SURE THAT ON THE 12th ZOMBIE YOU KILL YOU PICK UP IT'S BONES, THEN YOU NEED TO BURY THEM, then your random event should appear.. (I have experienced some lag when doing this)

    Step 6

Enjoy the Random event you got, if your event teleports you away when you come back the monster's should be aggressive again. If you dont get teleported just walk into the other room. :-)

    Enjoy.

    Default DId you try it?

Did you actually try it or are you just randomly spamming?

I seem to ALWAYS get a random event, when I do somethnig for 15 mins or so, Like stand at the grand exchange, then get out runes to tele somewhere, as soon as I hit tele, I get a random.

If I had 15 mins to spare, I'd test this.

That's cool i might try finding different ways to get events, but also with my way you are training as well as getting events :-).

Can you record it for us? If it works like you say it works, 100% of the time, record it for us. Make a video tutorial. I don't want to waste my time until it's proven

I'd like to know if this is true. Also, the same thing happens to me with the grand exchange. I almost always get a random event when I do that.
If I see you autoing with level 3/default clothes/crap name I WILL report you. Auto Correctly!- Put this in your sig.

I'm pretty sure the number of the monster doesn't matter. Just after you've been fighting for a while you stop getting randoms, because combat without bone burying doesn't trigger random events. That's why an auto fighter can run 24/7. When you stop fighting you need a random because you haven't had one in a while and the first trigger you do (Burying a bone) will trigger a random. Go run an auto fighter over night and cut a tree when you wake up. I promise you that you will get a random.

I've tried to do different number of monsters and most of them didn't work really well.

Right now i tried killing 5 zombies in a row, and accidentaly found out the aggression didn't go away and a flesh crawler attacked me and i got a random event...

I believe it works if you do an activity for 10+ minutes, and then switch to a different activity which is a 'trigger' (i.e. if that different activity is counting how many gems there are in your bank, you're not going to get a random).

He nailed it. Fighting does not generate the potential for a random like bone burying does. After being on for a while, the bone burying will generate the overdue random.

Try it yourself! Kill stuff for 30 min without burying bones. Then bury a single bone. You will get a random most of the time.
These are my principles. If you don't like them, well... I have others.

Since brevity is the soul of wit, I will be brief. Auto Correctly.

Or do it over night like I said and you will get a random 100%. 30 min may be enough, but I'm not sure, I haven't timed it.

yeah, i mentioned this in my feather's script thread. Let the character kill chickens for a while, then pick up a raw chicken and cook it. I think cooking is the biggest "trigger" skill, i can get a random 100% of the time.

    no its useful.

using this method we probably up our chances of getting rare randoms like Mime

    O.o Clashfan

Conclusion to auto for longer time: don't auto for 15 minutes

Though nice find, this way if someone is developing a random solver they can cause a random event, but I don't think it'll work many times in a row?

Good point legendaryhero90 and n3ss3s, I didn't think of that. That would make this quite useful.

this accually works every single time you do it, and i have gotten the mime random event about 8 times now =) so it's fun try it if you have the time.

When i was using a chicken killer, if i would log in, walk inside the hut, then cook a chicken, i would get randomed every time.

    Weird stuff...

yup cause to jagex that's "odd" autoish behaviour, and i also expierence that issue to. i swear i get more randoms legi playing then i do autoing, though,
if you want randoms bad, then run the agility mouse trainer in the jounior agility section, the script is really autish so you should get loads of raandoms, i did =p

    Lawl; mine? Hahaha.

I'm glad it can be used for something atleast.

And yes, I DO need to fix that issue.

    ONTOPIC: Oranges are goood.

Would it be hard to make a mime solver?
(Sceenshot comparison. Like boxbreaker. Only much more advanced.)
