They have attempted to fix bots before, and failed, here they failed on a second demension, people actually hate them for killing the bots.

Ahahahahaha!
They think that bots ruined the game.
Actually, FAGEX ruined the game. I'm not talking about the website FAGEX, I'm talking about the fucking retarded employees at Jagex who think what they think they're doing is right, and it's really helping people play RuneScape.
Bunch of Fucking Morons.(not you guys, the people on RuneScape forums, and Jagex)
Lol.. I could'nt agree more. I just hope that not alot of members in Runescape quit cause that will mess RS up comepletely (whats left of it at least) and then all the work that this site has put into bringing Jagex down to its knees will be lost in the self-nuking of RS by Jagex.![]()
Killacoalman
I don't think you can make that assumption, even if everyone has autoed using a lvl 40 or so with non-default clothing, there would still be the real world trading issue, which was what Jagex was really aiming to stop.If autoers would follow srl rules...such as getting higher combat lvl...then there would not be those recent updates...
I think that Jagex knew that thier updates were going to make alot of honest players unhappy. I think that they (Jagex) are trying (and succeding) to purge RuneScape of dumb army bots, with bald heads and green shirts. You all have to remeber that the staff of Jagex are realy people, with realy lives. They just want to pay the bills.
Im sure that the bulk of their income comes from advertisments, not members. Bots and FWT make Jagex look bad to their major corprate sponsors. If sponsors see that 40% of the people that see their advertisments are computers, why would they advertise there?
I dont think for a minute that Jagex thinks there are no bots, or even taht they dont know how SCAR and SRL works. They are not dumb, so i think they also realize that bots help the game progress. Bots do the nitty gritty work that most humans wouldn't do for longer than an hour or two a day, at the most. Bots keep raw materials available for every honest, lazy, and low skilled player.
My point is that Jagex staff arent idiots, or mosters or anything. If they realy wanted to get rid of bots, they could, because they have access to all of the things we use to learn how to get around their sytems. If they cant plug the holes, they can learn just like we learned to make the holes.
So Jagex isn't stupid, and they dont hate us. I think they hate the FWT and the megga lvl 3 botters, who endanger their paychecks.
Every game has cheats. Runescape is no exception to this universal rule.
By using macros, with more and more advanced anti randoms, they have no hope of catching over 5% of users. Most of those 5% of users will be new, and using older scripts.
Why doesn't Jagex just except us. They are right to try and block out real-world trading, but they are fighting an impossible war against individual macroers.
Haha, no more bots....silly noob, common sense isn't just for smart people...
Oh dear boys, looks like we've been defeated, time to hang our heads in shame and go home eh?
*Clicks run on autominer script*
Yep, defeated.. too bad =P
The only reasons bots went down obviously is because the owners dont have anything to bot for... Since RWT is dead whats the point of autoing? But if the owners wanted they stil can rape the yews for fun. Jagex still has not killed bots literately.
Edit: OH shit Tara posted this :P. Shoulda read comments before ::.
Faith is an oasis in the heart which will never be reached by the caravan of thinking.
acount trading is still possible... so rwt is still possible, lets see how much i'm going to get for my army when its finished![]()
Infractions, reputation, reflection, the dark side of scripting, they are.
Lmaoo they think were gone thats good, keep it like this, dont make your army to big and remeber no default clothles or dumb names
So is it safer to auto on a high level account than say... a low leveled pure?
