    Thumbs up Really Hard Puzzle

The puzzle is: There are three houses that can be placed anywhere on the map. There is also three appliance factories (W=water, G=gas, E=electricity) that can be placed anywhere on a map. The objective for the builder is to connect all three factories to all three houses, but without them crossing. How do you connect them all without crossing?

The answer is really hard to get, and I eventually got it.
Here example of a failed drawing and there will be many more.
    I suggest everyone try it.

Your lines crossed and the appliances have to go straight to the homes not through others.

Every face has at least four edges, so the number of edges in all the faces is at least 4 * 5 = 20 edges. This counts each edge twice, because every edge is a boundary for two faces. So, the smallest number of edges is 20 / 2 = 10 edges. However, we know that there are only 9 edges! Since nothing can have nine edges and ten edges at the same time, drawing a solution to the three utilities problem must be impossible.

Ha Ha LeoMage this is funny i solved it mathematically!

RsN, you're also missing a link from G to the middle house. It is impossible.

I don't think i did it right.. Can the houses that were linked to the source be linked to another house? If so, All 3 houses get the 3 required states.

Unfortunatley that is not correct. You cannot link them through houses or applainces

hahah i figured it out :-D. There is no answer, unless you have it in 3d(e.x wires over someone's house.) Or do a donut shape. I thought there wasn't an answer...so I googled it as three houses puzzle...wala. No answer

The answer is really hard to get, and I eventually got it.

I thought I had owned this one a while ago... I went to resolve it to post here and discovered it's impossible... so I googled it and came up with the answer
I guess I must have screwed up the first time I solved it and did not realize it
