Any reason not to use widescreens ? all I see is positive stuff about them.

I didn't make it myself, can up it to you if you want.

not sure what you mean here, but I'll throw out some info.
You just plug in 2 monitors into your comp (assuming you have 2 video outs on it, I have 4, and am running three monitors).
For windows, just plug them in, and then you just need to get to your display settings in the control panel and "change display settings" to set it up.
It should be basically plug and play in Win7, winxp is really easy too though.

It's basically like one large screen, you just drag programs from one monitor to the other, or anywhere in between.

But when you click maximize, the program will be maximized on the screen the program is currently on. Not both. (Same goes for fullscreen programs)

    Check out RainMeter, Shuttle.

    http://code.google.com/p/rainmeter/

/wg/ is good for this stuff, too, if you want something like that.

If you find a desktop you like but it has folders and what not on it, use TinEye.com.

Protip: If you program or read a lot of documentation or books on your computer, buy a widescreen monitor and turn it 90 degrees. Single page fill with no wasted space.

wait... chords??? either that setup is run out of the wall, or it's a nice wireless setup with compact power chording.. I like the setup though.. I would set up a few of those if I had the money... ... .. but if I had the money I would also improve my living situation, setup a better server room, work more with my coding, and host legit parties.

Semi? lol. He has like 8 4chan pages open, an "anime dating program", an anime movie; a few anime backgrounds. He also uses vim in PuTTy I think.

The best way to contact me is by email, which you can find on my website: http://wizzup.org
I also get email notifications of private messages, though.

I'd Hate to see the wiring used for setup though.
