    Default Client window loses focus

Is anyone else having a problem with the client window losing focus? I have noticed that after my scripts have ran for a certain amount of time eventually the IE window loses focus and it appears that keyboard input no longer is applied to that window. The side affects are that either I cannot login because the keystrokes for typing the usename / password do not take or my script will not rotate the camera when I call MakeCompass('?'). If I click the title bar of the IE window then it begins working again. I have added ActivateClient at various places in my script but it does not seem to fix the problem. Because I can't seem to pin down what exactly is causing it to lose focus, I am assuming it is one of the random antiban methods that get called.

Try running the runescape windows client or implimenting SMART..

It may be that an add or something else is taking focus away..

Remove the activate client from before LoginPlayer (just do a search and there should be one nearby to it, though it may be in the setup bit) and that should fix the problem.

Prisoner, I have tried SMART, that really does not seem to work at all for me.
I mean I get it working but it has more problems than if I don't use it. What do you mean by "Try running the runescape windows client" ?

Mix, I did read about removing the activate client from the loginplayer method a while back when I was having problems getting the script to login when it first started. I removed that line and it fixed the problem with initially logging in but now the problem is either logging in after an hour or more of running or just performing other keyboard events while logged in such as rotating the camera with left and right arrow keys MakeCompass(), Chat or anything else that requires keyboard input.

sorry I didn't notice that was a link. I downloaded it and it seems to run fine. I will give it a beatdown tonight and see how well it performs. Will post an update tomorrow.
    Thanks

Well the RS client seemed to eliminate the client focus problem. I ran scripts on multiple computers last night and they ran for over 12 hours and never had the focus problem, so thanks for the info.
