Best way to change IP and to have it 100% working on almost all new routers and modems is to just turn it off and unplug everything for 6 hours.

I wouldn't even recommend hacking sites with a simple dynamic IP change. And even if you were to use a Proxy its still traceable. They can get your MAC IP.

Your best to use a VPN and then access a PROXY. And also make sure you have a safe MAC IP Spoofer.

MAC addresses are only sent per hop, they change every hop.. destination & source changes..

If you're talking about MacIP, that has nothing to do with anything.

tomatoUSB (best router firmware) can just rotate between randomly generated mac addresses and shit, lol.. not even 4 minutes!

Rep Is always Appreciated Post question here
To change Dynamic IP should be enouth "ipconfig /release" and after that "ipconfig /renew" Or just unplug and plug ethernet (or dsl) cable

EDIT: If you want to change static IP, you can call to ISP and ask to do that, usualy they do that easy, no need much explanation about it. if they ask you can say, that one forum/website not grants you access with current IP etc... Another way would be easier but includes add if you use free version hotspot shield proxy, install and you ip immediately changes to they VPN IP, though adverts sucks.
