And they wouldn't get the FBI involved because frankly, the FBI doesn't care if you commit suicide or not. The most they would do is have you undergo a psych evaluation, which you claim to have had... and it wouldn't be that hard to type in a couple of lines in Word to create that "Post evaluation follow-up" Not to mention we only to the header and first 2 lines of the page, how do we know that's all there is??

You can sue anyone anywhere, but the hearing would happen in the country of the offense. So if you committed suicide in the US and your parents sued, Jagex would have to send Lawyers to the US.

The FBI was involved in order to get a direct trace of the IP...they knew exactly which ethernet port it came from....
And yeah, I guess I could have just typed that up in word, and yes Hobbit, some people have the same name, you can't just google people and find the one I'm talking about in Butte, MT...I'll look it up on the hospitals website to see if they have him or something.

If you have and suggested proof that I post, I would be glad to post it...

Yeah, I'm not too mad at Jagex, they were just trying to save lives....
as for my parents, the Crisis guy called my dad to ask him about my behavior and any suicidal tendencies. My dad is a pretty cool guy, so I called him up after I got out, and asked him about health insurance (to pay for the bills....) and he asked me what was up, and I explained it, and he just told me to be more careful with what I say on the internet...

Well I went to the Dean of Students office yesterday to "discuss consequences and punishments" for the school. Now I have to go to some student court thing on Thursday at 5. He said that I probably won't get removed from school, but it depends on what the court decides. The court is all made up of college students here, which two advisers. I still have not heard from the police about whether I'm being charged criminally or not.
