    Default Keep Your PC Clean!

There are alot of different ways to keep your computer clean from viruses and hackers.
Most of these ways ARE NOT 100% secure.
Tho there are alot of people that think theyre computer is 100% secure, which cannot be true.
Everything has bugs and bugs will as long as they exist abused by hackers and viruses/trojans.
Though you can make the hackers abit harder by keeping your computer up-to-date, a good anti-virus,
spyware scanners, a good firewall and regular task manager checks,
the best way to perform the suspicous file checks is to use Security Task Manager.
Security Task Manager is a flexible, easy to use task manager whom you can check the file-risks with.
You can sort the processes scanned with Security Task Manager on risk factor, name, and CPU usage.
Sort out the processes with a high risk and perform a google search.
Without success you can always e-mail me with a screenshot or the file-process name and state the risk factors etc. etc.

    ********* List of programs I recommend **************

Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 : Not free, but probably the greatest anti-virus program ever made.

ZoneAlarm PRO : Also not free but this is an excellent fire wall.

Spybot Search and Destroy : This IS free and is an awesome spyware detection and deletion program.

Ad-Aware SE Professional : A great spyware program if you get the PRO version which isn't free.

CCleaner : Free program that cleans up unneeded junk (internet history, trash bin, cookies, etc. etc.) also has a registry cleaner.

I would recommend running these programs atleast once every week or once every two weeks. I would also recommend running Disk Defragmenter and Disk Cleanup which comes with Windows (just go to Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools.

And before I forget you'll want to look through Add/Remove Prorams to see if there are any programs you don't use that just take up space and delete them. Look through your My Documents, My Pictures, My Receieved Files, Program Files, etc. folders and delete anything you don't need on your computer. This helps keep your computer clean and makes it run faster.

    CCleaner is the BEST!
My record is about 500 megabytes of clean-up.
My dad's record is about 1 gigabyte.

I also use the free Ad-Aware version
    Also a good cleaner-uper.

And I have heard Kaspersky that
    Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0
    ZoneAlarm Free and Pro
    Are both very good programs.

Good to know you like these programs as much as anyone else should do. And yes, they're always the best and will always still the best.

Don't forget to scan once a week!
