Lots of Jr Members?More req posts?

Yeah , well I suppose the votes mean something, hmm.... I think people that voted no, its because they dont care about it , its the same for them , they might mostly be SRL Members, and most of people who voted yes may be people like me, SRL Jr Members with good activity and interest on this community, but well , the staff is the one wh ohas the last word, I used this thread to suggest something, I like the results and well, Let the staff decide or say anything here

I have two ideas...

Idea 1

I don't know if this is pushing it...but maybe we could add another level? Like say SRL New Member before Jr. Member or something. So SRL New Member could be like the Jr. Member system we have now (10 posts, 1 week of registration). Basically it would be almost the exact same thing as the Jr. Member system now. Then, at say 75-100 posts and 3 weeks of registration, there could be Jr. Member. We could encourage scripters to put nearly flawless scripts in the Jr. Member section, then the scripts that are a work in progress in the New Member section. This way, the interest of people would still be high, since they're getting banking scripts after 10 posts, but they would want to continue contributing.

Idea 2

Make something like after you have your 10 posts/1 week of registration that you have to stay above 20-40% activity to continue having access to the Jr. Member scripts. You might say "What if I want to take a break from SRL for a while?", that could be a problem, but if you would take the time to learn to script and become an SRL Member, you wouldn't have to worry about it. If not, then you'll have to suffer the consequenses

All in all, I don't think rasiing the req postcount will help much :\

seriously no need to bitch/complain for something to get done. It reminds me how some of the SRL Members whined when BenLand and the other admins decided to give YOU, the public (Jr Members, Registered Users), the ability of using SMART. They are spammers will always be spammers just to get to the next level, will just cause more spam and if you really want 'more' privileges/superiority then learn to script better and become an SRL Member...

I have voted yes, tho I am not ranked junior member yet. This forum has a lot to offer, and people should work and contribute to this community.

Yeah sounds alright, i would love to see a change in the posts.
But i also think they should have like some type of spam checker, it like checks out how many posts you have done in one day and were they spam, well idk maby.

I totally agree. I reached 10 posts in less than 2 days. And a lot of spam goes undetected. Could there be an option to make it 25 posts in the Public Forum section? Because I also see loads of posts from new users in the Waste of Time Out section, where you can practically do anything. Good idea, 25 posts is what should be needed.

It is basically just to view peoples opinions. Who knows... Maybe it could be changed.

As star said we've already discussed and decided against it.
There are already a lot of different levels in SRL and adding one more would just create more division and stress for us ..not to mention and even greater influx of spam.
