help a noob with easy error?

i just started using this 2day im trying to use a fish bot and my first error is

include file C:\ Program Files\ SCAR 3.15\includes\SRL\SRL.scar does not exist
Failed when compiling

does any1 kno how to fix?

Have you downloaded SRL?

Looks like you haven't downloaded SRL xD

Use subversion to install SRL
