    Can't you just buy them at the grand exchange? That would be easier...

    just buy at several chars and trade for GE price

    yeah but then you have to trade them back. which is hard with the trade limit.


    (still buying fire runes!)

    Very easy actually, just offer the GE price to the account you are trading too. I've done this multiple times myself, and it works fine.
