As long as your using Random in the wait time its fine, if you weren't it would look suspicious to have your typing perfectly timed.
I just prefer to use RandomRange since its easier.
RandomRange(4000,5000) would select a number 4000-5000 to use, reason I find it better is because it takes up less space.
No need to make a wait time after ActivateClient;. JaGex isn't that advanced.
