Obama is not good for the economy AT ALL, every time he came across a tax increase he voted for it, he may SAY he wants lower taxes but that is just something to get more votes, look at his voting record and you will see how he really stands...

I think McCain would be a president very much like Bush, and we all see how that went: Destruction of the american economy!

    I vote for Barack Obama.

Bullzeye. Just the plain fact that the sooner we get soldiers out, the less money we spend. We are spending billions of dollars on the war.

Also. Obama girl is pretty hot. Another good reason to support Obama.

BUT, if it goes as he plans, we will be out 16 (?) months after the election if he is to win. So that is nothing that will immediately make a considerable difference.

At Obama Girl, I'm willing to bet she actually knows nothing of what he wants to do, but just wants to be "cool" :S. But yeah, she's sexi.

Normally i would say the democrat candidate w/o a doubt. But frankly John Mccain is such a left wing (for a republican) candidate (pro stem cells for one thing, anti abhortion and gay marrage tho ) that i actually would vote for him. (not to mention the fact that obama wants to end free trade with canada, wich, as a canadian i oppose heavily) However Sarah Palin scares the crap out of me and if Fogey over there (Aka McCain) were to die we'ed be in big shit.... so idk. Allz i know is that in the upcoming canadian election i favor Stephen Harper (yet i am too young to vote at time of election )

I find this poll somewhat void since there is no option for other.

    Ralph Nader.

I didn't even know Nader was running..

But obviously he won't win, so why not vote for the main candidate that you like more? Or do you dislike them both the same?

Apparrently you dont know when all of this started, it actually ALL started with president CARTER!!! the most failing son of a bitch ever (i hate him btw, if you couldnt tell), his administration made it where poor people could get a house, that is all fine and dandy sure, why not? and then in 1995(?) good ol' Billy expanded upon that, and his administration expanded upon that and if the lending companies did not give loans to poor people, they were PENALISED...

Also! Bush has had so much shit happen in his terms as President, 9/11(a large hit on the economy),The War on Terror(lots of spending), Katrina(a lot of unnessary spending) the whole mess with FEMA and the fact that the lazy fuckers in New Orleans wouldnt get off their lazy ass to get to their own homes! Ike hit here in Texas, some people COMPLETELY lost their house, not even a foundation! When the first responders and whatnot cleared people to go back to their homes, people came down with chainsaws and started clearing roads to their house, without any help from FEMA or anything!

Okay, yes, war costs a LOT, but people dont seem to understand, we are fighting over there, so they wont come OVER HERE, they are ruthless terrorists who, hate America because of the freedom and the money we have here. We stop fighting over there, we get another 9/11, look were even in MORE SHIT!

For me the choice is easy. I want a president with a VP strong enough to lead our country. I want alternative fuel and energy to be put to use now. I want some socialist support to our economy (and no I don't mean communism or loss of freedom), Capitalism has run rampant and look what happened. I want this war to be over, we aren't even fighting terrorism right now, we're just seeking oil and trying to change countries with traditions older than our own country. I want someone who will do something for our economy.

I want Barack Obama as president.

And no I'm not sexist, I don't mind a woman being in office but Palin just doesn't cut it. I have a close friend in the Marines right now so I understand that stand point too, but we aren't even fighting for a noble cause like we were when we conquered Germany and saved Europe in WWII, we should get out asap, most of the world hates us as it is for pushing around other countries. Yes Bin Laden needs to be taken out, but do you think he's really in Iraq?

Did you know that Palin took on the REPUBLICANS in Alaska because they were corrupt? She is VERY strong, she knows what she believes in, sure no foreign policy experience but she is the #2 person on the ticket, Obama has 0 foreign policy experience and he is #1 on the ticket!

There is a difference between the War on Terror and the War in Iraq, the War in Iraq is PART of the War on Terror, and its main mission is to get a seed of democracy and modernization and to THWART A DICTATOR, not to catch Osama (it woulda been a bonous), we have him out and now Saddam is dead, but we have people opposing us who are terrorists I doubt you heard about this, but they used two women with mental health issues to carry out one of their plans of terror, they strapped them with bombs and had them go into a market and when enough people were around them, they set off the detonator... You believe that these are the people of Iraq who we are trying to free?

People seem to forget that the UN sent sanction after sanction and resolution after resolution to Saddam, and he simply ignored them and went about his buisness, and guess what? We had to go and topple his regime...

Just assume he is. He's been running every year since like 1500 BC.

    The Nadernater, he's persistent.
