Default Need Help Updating SRL SVN

Can someone please help me update my srl svn. When i go to file -> Update SRL SVN (25 -> 27) a cmd pops up and closes very quickly, then it says 'updated srl svn to latest revision' and i close it and re open scar and it doesnt update to Rev 27. And last time to update to Rev 25, i had to completely re-instal scar, svn, reflection, subversion, etc. and i am NOT going to do that again. So can someone please help me?
